Our Miracle Fruit granules are made by stripping the flesh off the berries, grinding it into pulp, and then freeze-drying it for increased shelf life. As fresh Miracle Fruit berries spoil after only a few days, the granules provide a longer-lasting alternative form, with the same characteristics of fresh berries.
When kept refrigerated, Miracle Fruit granules have a shelf-life of approximately 3 months.
Approximately 1 gram of granules suggested per serving.
